Keychain page
The console's Keychain page, with its two tabs, what it shows on the home and on a member, and who can use it.
The Keychain page (g k) is where you run a Keychain and the installs on your licence. How
the Keychain works is explained in Keychain. This page covers the console's side.
Two tabs
| Tab | For |
|---|---|
| Keychain | One setup for every install: the home, its members, adding sites, and what it carries. Enterprise and Strategic |
| Installs | The installs on your licence: add one, take one off, and see the history (Add and remove installs) |
What it shows
| This install is | You see |
|---|---|
| Not on a Keychain | Start a Keychain here (make this the home) and Join a Keychain (with a site key, by pairing, or from a sealed file) |
| The home | Every member and its health, Add a site, What it carries, and the site keys you've made |
| A member | Where its setup comes from and when it last synced, which parts it keeps as its own, and Move to another home. If the home goes silent, Take over |
Every term on the page has a ? beside it with a short explanation, and How it works opens the whole story in a side panel.
Who can use it
Everyone signed in can see it. Owners and admins can change it. Only owners can take over as the home.
