The console
A map of the 3AM console. Every page, what it's for, and the keyboard shortcut that opens it.
The console is 3AM's web interface, on port 8700 (how to open it). What each person can do depends on their role. Everything the console does goes through the API, so anything you can click, you can script.

Until the install is up and running, the console opens on the setup wizard.
The keyboard
Everything an on-call engineer does works without a mouse. ⌘K or Ctrl K opens the command bar, / searches
incidents, g and a letter goes to a page, j and k move through lists, and ? shows every shortcut
(Keyboard shortcuts).
Searching and exporting
The incidents, approvals and audit lists take plain words, or the query language for anything more exact:

duration>5m opened<7dSearch covers everything, not just what's loaded. Export saves the current page, the latest few thousand rows, or everything that matches, as CSV.
Lists update live while you look at their first page. On later pages they hold still, so rows don't move while you read.
Times
The console shows times in UTC by default. Choose your local time, or any time zone, under Account. The audit log, the API and CSV exports always use UTC.
Help
The ? menu has the documentation, the guide, keyboard shortcuts, 3AM Doctor, and Contact support, which opens an email with your install's version and licence filled in. Point these at your own help desk under Branding.
